Our management team is pleased that We’re thrilled you have’ve chosen our property for your stay in Costa Rica - Esterillos. vacation.
To ensure all property guests everyone enjoys a safe and, comfortable, and enjoyable stay, we ask that along with the other guests on the property we require you to adher to the following requirements.
Our team has designed the property to ensure that we offer best in class lodging, relaxation areas, amenities and a secure environment while only steps away from a tranquile Pacific Ocean setting. follow these simple rules requirements. .

1.Maximum Lodging Occupancy
The maximum occupancy per unit is is 4 guests per suite. Additional guests are not permitted on the property and will result in the extra guests being removed immediate removal and the forfeit of the security deposit. forfeited.

2. Entertainment No Parties or Events

3. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 910:00 pm-87:00 am Costa Rician time . We ask that you are considerate to other properties and guests, Please keep noise during the quiet time to a minimum, especially outdoors or near to shared walls or property fencing fencieng s.
4. Smoking, Vaping & Prohibited Substances
There shall be no tobacco or cannabis smoking or , vaping, or cannabis anywhere on the our property. No exceptions. This is completely smoke free property.
If there is evidence that guests to ignore this requirement, further reduction of security will be enforced of $200. within a suite have broken this rule a $200 cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit.
5. Pets
Pets are not allowed on the property without “prior written” approval. In event approval is not received and guests arrive with pets, entrance will be denied. Any damage caused by approved pets will be charged to the guest.
Pets must be house trained and supervised at all times. Any/all evidence of pets on property must be removed by guests
Pet damage will be charged to the guest.
6. Check-in & Check -out Arrival & Departure
Check - in: After 3:00 pm
Check- out: By 11:00 am
In the event of a late check out, you need to contact the property manager well in advance of your desired check out for approval. Check out may only be extended no more than 2 hours. Late check-out may be possible for an extra fee if we can accommodate- please ask in advance
Check- in Arrival instructions (security & keys) will be provided in advance of your reservation date. prior to your arrival.
7. Cleaning
Treat the entire property with respect.
Please leave the property n a similar condition as your arrival. reasonably tidy.
Please report any issues with the property as well as your unit like leaks, broken items to our property manager for immediate attention. so we can fix them as soon as possible.
Trash receptacles are located throughout your unit and property. Please dispose of all trash in a timely manner. Trash collection occurs If staying for multiple days garbage days are Monday and Thursday before 7:00 am.
Simply insert Insert garbage into and plastic back and then into one of our the plastic garbage receptacles provided to protect birds and animals from infesting.
Should the property be left in a disrespectful manner the extra cleaning or repair will be charged against the security deposit
8. Pool & Cabina
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while they are in or near the pool .
Running and rough horseplay are prohibited at all times. Glass of any kind is also probities around the pool deck.
There shall be no glass near the pool, use the plastic glasses stored in the cabana.
9. Beach Access
The beach is beautiful and the ocean’s water is warm wave action all day. Changes to the currents and tides offer varying excitement to your visit. , hHowever rip currentstides are frequent on our on our beach and can be dangerous. Unless you are a surfer or an accomplished great swimmer we recommend not going out into the surf more deeper than waist high. eight.
The Esterillos Centro beach is not monitored by life guards. All activities are at your own risk.
10. Bionest System
Our property’s septic system is a Microbic Bionest Ssystem . FLUSH ONLY TOILET PAPER- Do not flush wipes, feminine products, diapers or anything other than toilet paper.
11. Electricity
IUnfortunately internet/hydro/electric outages are outside of our control and as such, no refunds will be provided due to any interruptions.
Please report any concerns issues to our property manager for prompt action, so we can address them immediately.
Please turn off lights, , fans, and AC units when leaving the property.
Please do not leave the sliding door / exterior sliding door open.
